Each of IWRAHOST's web hosting plans carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services that mean any of our service you received is not exactly as we are offering. within the first 30 days of your order, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees if any applied.
Payment Policy
All services provided by iwrahost are pre-paid in advance for either one month, one quarter or annual periods.

We use various mode of payment: paypal, all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express also an authorized retailer for services provided by iwrahost. iwrahost Sales will be notified about your payment as soon as transaction is completed. Ordered packages will be activated for you within one day to seven business days and you'll get your account information.
Account Cancellations
If you no longer require hosting any service with us, we'd ask that you please raise a support ticket to sales department. This way we can terminate the accounts that aren't in use for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or our service is not exactly as we described simply notify us to receive a full refund excluding handling and transactions fee of 20% for every service fee.

We do not require any type of contract so you may cancel service at any time. To cancel an account, you must submit a support ticket to sales department requesting the account cancellation (at least 15 days before your next billing date). You will be notified via support ticket as soon as the cancellation request is completed or if any further information or action is needed on your part. Be sure that you have copies of your service files before you cancel your account with us.

All support ticket requests for service cancellation must be sent to sales department and you will receive detailed reply of your service cancellation request from our sales. It will be necessary for the customer to provide the real reason for canceling the service  so our account and billing team will go through on it. At this time iwrahost's customer support team will attempt to respond to the customer’s needs in a positive way in order to meet the requirements, and needs of the customer in order to correct any issues and satisfy the customer.

Please note that if you have more than one web hosting account or web service with us and only cancel one of the them, the refunded amount can not be transferred to any other of your web hosting accounts or web service that you have with iwrahost.
The refund policy does not cover
  • • Fees for dedicated IP address will not be refunded once delivered to client.
  • • Fees for SSL certificate will not be refunded once delivered to client.
  • • Fees for domain registration, domain renewal, domain transfer will not be refunded once completed.
  • • Fees for site lock, cordguard or any such specific service will not be refunded once completed.
Modifications
iwrahost reserves the right to modify the present refund policy at any time without any prior notice to you. It is your responsibility to check website for any changes and modifications to the present refund policy.
